How Referral Rewards Work

Some stores on Chopz offer a Referral Rewards program, where you can invite friends and earn rewards together.

🔍 Availability

Referral Rewards are only available at selected stores.

If a store supports referrals, you’ll see a Referral banner on the store page.

🛠️ How It Works

Step 1

Get your unique referral code from the store

Step 2

Share it with your friends

Step 3

Your friend joins the store by:
– Entering your code, or
– Scanning the store QR

Step 4

Once your friend completes the required action (e.g. first purchase), the referral is successful

What is Ink?

Ink is a reward point you earn from referrals.

Ink is not a chopz, but it helps you progress toward one
When you collect enough ink, it will convert into chopz (stamp progress)

Earning Ink

For each successful referral:

You receive ink
Your friend also receives ink

The amount of ink required to convert into 1 chopz is set by each merchant

Example:

  • Store A: 5 ink = 1 chopz
  • Store B: 10 ink = 1 chopz

This means rewards may differ depending on the store.

Unlock Requirement

To start referring:

You must have collected at least 1 chopz from that store

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Referral rewards are store-specific (codes only work for that store)
  • Not all stores offer referral programs
  • Ink and conversion rates are controlled by the merchant
  • Rewards are only given after referral conditions are met

  • Share your code with friends who are likely to visit the store
  • Different stores may offer different reward values — choose wisely
