Chopz uses two types of expiry rules: Card Validity and Campaign Period.
Card Validity
Card validity starts from the moment you collect your first Chopz.
For example:
Collect 8 Chopz within 3 months
Your card will remain active for 3 months from your first Chopz.
The exact expiry date will be shown on your card.
If your card expires:
- All unredeemed Chopz will expire
- Progress cannot be carried over or restored
Campaign Period
Each campaign also has a fixed start and end date set by the merchant.
When the campaign ends:
- All active Chopz cards will expire
- Rewards can no longer be redeemed
Which expiry applies?
Your Chopz card will expire based on whichever comes first:
- Your card validity period
- The campaign end date
