Last Updated: 4 月 10, 2026You can scan a store QR code to connect with the store’s Chopz campaign. Once on the store page, the merchant can issue Chopz to your account. Make sure you are logged in before scanning.

Last Updated: 4 月 3, 2026You can track your Chopz progress directly on the store page. To view your progress: Example: Once you reach the required number of Chopz, the reward becomes redeemable.

Chopz 的有效期规则
Last Updated: 4 月 10, 2026Chopz uses two types of expiry rules: Card Validity and Campaign Period. Card Validity Card validity starts from the moment you collect your first Chopz. For example:Collect 8 Chopz within 3 months Your card will remain active for 3 months from your first Chopz. The exact expiry date will be shown on your card. If your card expires: Campaign Period Each campaign also has a fixed start and end date set by the merchant. When the campaign ends: Which expiry applies? 如何在多个商家使用 Chopz

奖励兑换如何运作
Last Updated: 4 月 3, 2026Rewards are redeemed directly at the store. Once you collect enough Chopz: After redemption, the required Chopz will be deducted from your card.
兑换奖励后会发生什么
Last Updated: 4 月 10, 2026Once you collect all required Chopz for a reward, your completed card will move to the Redeem tab. If the campaign is set to repeat, a new empty card will automatically appear under your active mission so you can start collecting again. If the campaign is not set to repeat, no new card will be created after the reward card is completed. For example: After completion of a reward:
