Campaign validity determines how long a campaign or stamp card remains active.
There are two main types of validity settings.
Campaign Period
This defines how long the campaign is available.
Example:
Start Date: 1 January
End Date: 31 December
Customers can only collect Chopz while the campaign is active.
Card Validity (From First Chopz)
This determines how long customers have to complete the card after receiving their first Chopz.
Example:
Complete card within 90 days after first Chopz.
If the customer does not complete the card within this period, the card may expire.
This encourages customers to return within a certain timeframe.
