# Referral Rewards (Premium)

Referral Rewards allow you to grow your customer base by turning your existing users into promoters.

With this feature, customers can invite friends and earn rewards when their referrals take action.

#### **********************🚀 What is Referral Rewards?**********************

Referral Rewards is a **Premium feature** that lets:

  Customers share their **unique referral code** New users join your store using that code Both parties earn **rewards (e.g. free chopz / ink)** when conditions are met

#### ************************How It Works************************

### Step 1

A customer gets a **unique referral code** *(e.g. storename-AB12)*

### Step 2

They share it with friends

### Step 3

A new user:
- Enters the code, or
- Scans your store QR

### Step 4

Once the referral condition is completed (e.g. first purchase), rewards are triggered

#### **************************Reward Mechanics**************************

Referral Rewards are designed to be simple and fair for both customers and merchants.

#### ****************************🔁 How Rewards Are Given****************************

- For every **successful referral**:

  - The **referrer (existing customer)** gets **1 ink**
  - The **new customer** also gets **1 ink**

#### ******************************Unlock Requirement******************************

To start using referral rewards:

- Customers must have collected **at least 1 chopz** from your store
- This ensures only **active customers** can refer others

#### ********************************Ink Conversion (Merchant Setting)********************************

Merchants can define how referral rewards convert into actual progress:

- Set how many **ink = 1 chopz**
- Example:

  - 5 ink = 1 chopz
  - 10 ink = 1 chopz

Once customers collect enough ink, it will automatically convert into chopz based on your setting.
