# Managing Customer Redemptions

When customers collect enough Chopz, they can redeem rewards.

### Step 1

Ask the customer to show the redemption screen.

### Step 2

Verify the reward details.

### Step 3

Confirm the redemption and provide the reward.

Once redeemed, the required Chopz will be deducted from the customer's card.
