The typical process works like this:

### Step 1: Discover a store in Chopz Discovery page or Scan merchant's QR directly

### Step 2: Visit the merchant page

Merchants can create loyalty campaigns to encourage repeat customers.

A merchant campaign might look like:

### Collect **10 Chopz** (RM20 per chopz) → Redeem **Free Pizza**
