# Campaign Validity Settings

Campaign validity determines how long a campaign or stamp card remains active.

There are two main types of validity settings.

#### ************************Campaign Period************************

This defines how long the campaign is available.

Example:

Start Date: **1 January**End Date: **31 December**

Customers can only collect Chopz while the campaign is active.

#### **************************Card Validity (From First Chopz)**************************

This determines how long customers have to complete the card after receiving their first Chopz.

Example:

**Complete card within 90 days after first Chopz.**

If the customer does not complete the card within this period, the card may expire.

This encourages customers to return within a certain timeframe.
