Reward redemption rules determine how customers claim their rewards.

### The reward becomes available on their card.

### The customer shows the redemption screen to the merchant staff.

### The merchant verifies the reward and provides the item.

#### ************After redemption:************

  the required Chopz are deducted the card may reset depending on campaign settings
