# Merchant Scanner Guide

The Merchant Scanner is used to issue Chopz to customers.

### Step 1

Open the **Merchant Scanner**.

### Step 2

Search or scan the customer’s account.

### Step 3

Select the campaign.

### Step 4

Issue Chopz.

The Chopz will be immediately added to the customer's account.
