# Managing Staff Accounts

**Growth & Premium** merchants can create staff accounts to allow employees to issue Chopz.

Staff accounts allow employees to:

  access the merchant scanner issue Chopz manage customer interactions

#### ********************To add staff:********************

### Step 1

Go to **Store Management** > **Team Management**.

### Step 2

Click **Create Staff**.

### Step 3

Insert Name, Temporary Password and system will generate a unique staff ID.

Staff accounts do not require email login and are managed by the merchant.
